Fast Hands, Cunning, and sides are all MVP's here. If you get Emperor's Throne Room - Death Star II on line, you can pretty much roll out your Luminara Unduli - Inspiring Commander with Fast Hands on your Force Speed to roll out your guns, one of them having Fast Hands using it's Cunning side to resolve for 6 for 1 . Give your opponent an action, then if they haven't removed your guns die you can reroll or claim your Luminara Unduli - Inspiring Commander die to a special to resolve your Hired Gun side +3, for a total of 10-12 damage for 2 resources and 3 actions. Pretty dirty.
Cunning is probably the MVP card here. It's like having a 2nd and 3rd (assuming 2 cunnings) Luminara Unduli - Inspiring Commander die on the table to resolve your guns for 5 or 6 every time.
I would hard mulligan for Cunning and Fast Hands. Save the resources, and go ahead and use Luminara Unduli - Inspiring Commander or Cunning for s as well. Turning 1 into 4 is ridiculous.
