Not sure about the AT-ST as a simple First Order Tie or Speeder Bike (I like the free action) might do the job at a 3 cost.
Resource Control with forcing the target to the First Order stormtrooper with early upgrades (with hope to Endless Ranks if needed)
Crime Lord could be played but more of targeting Ace in the Hole and hope to pull it.
Battlefield control seems to be a higher need for early jumps using Tactical Mastery, Dug in when needed and to cycle back Crime Lord Misses.
