This deck has come a long way from what it was in the beginning thanks to testing by RSanchez@TheChanceCube. I'll try to consolidate all the information from his testing and some of my own into this description but I'm bound to miss something. It's come such a long way it was time for a title change as well so here we are.

Synopsis
The idea behind the deck is the produce lots of (U-Wing, Diplomatic Immunity, Launch Bay) and outlast your opponent whilst using Spy Net, Millennium Falcon, and C-3PO's action to the opponent aggressively. If you can control their hand primarily, the mill wincon will occur naturally over the course of the game. Retreat is there as a backup plan to a god-roll turn against you. Emergency Evacuation is there to let you control and then slow-play a turn in your favor. Planned Explosion is your character-control for rounds 2 or 3 if you can land an early vehicle. You'll close out the game by focusing putting it all together to clear their hand and deck.

Early Game
You will want to aggressively mulligan for cards like Chance Cube, C-3PO, and at least one vehicle. Second Chance is another card worth hanging onto early if you're facing a very aggressive deck. Pickpocket can help with card advantage early as well but is not necessarily needed right away.

At the start you will want to focus on building and for your characters. Spend on getting Diplomatic Immunity or vehicles onto the board. Entrenched is your auto-shield card so don't use it frivolously. A first-round vehicle play is very common with the deck and will solidify a good board state for playing Planned Explosion in the next round or two. Use mitigation wisely and let your s take damage when you can afford to.

Mid-Game
Continue to make your but shift into turning die to their largest sides to setup your Planned Explosion. You have to try and eliminate a character that is becoming too aggressive soon otherwise you will not outlast their damage. The deck simply doesn't have the mitigation to do that. Between Chance Cube, Lando Calrissian - Galactic Entrepreneur, Mon Mothma - Skilled Politician, and any vehicle, you can pull off 10 total value with ease. Use the 2 side on Mon Mothma - Skilled Politician skillfully as that is what will create your plays.

Last Game
Finish off characters with Planned Explosion and replay it with either Cheat or Millennium Falcon's . Keep those shields up and don't worry too much about money if you've already got 1-2 vehicles out. Continue to thin out the hand with Pickpocket, Friends in High Places, and using C-3PO to change any large sides to . Fall Back is your board reset card so if things get out of hand here and the opponent is way ahead, bounce your Chance Cubes to your hand and leave one upgrade out and rock that for the disappointment.

Notes
You always want to take shields early. The battlefield choice is mainly there to deter opponents from selecting it. As the roll-off chances here are pretty good, always take theirs and put the shields on Mon Mothma - Skilled Politician if you have an early Second Chance. It may be better to Lando Calrissian - Galactic Entrepreneur instead however, especially in follow-up matches with the same players.

Loth-Cat and Mouse should be used on Mon Mothma - Skilled Politician or C-3PO if you've got nothing you wish to convert early. Don't use a Lando Calrissian - Galactic Entrepreneur die if you can help it. They are very, very valuable.

Train yourself to use Mon Mothma - Skilled Politician's reroll ability! This allows you to not have to discard to reroll a die that turns up crappy. She was chosen over Admiral Ackbar - Perceptive Tactician for a very good reason! It's easy to forget to use it but it is super-clutch so pay attention and reroll!

That said, the order of activation of characters is very important. Get Lando Calrissian - Galactic Entrepreneur rolled out first so you can see what you need to do for the rest of the turn, whether that be play cards to reroll or roll Mon Mothma - Skilled Politician out quickly.

OK! Get out there and play the longest games of Destiny in your life with this deck. Good luck!

Hey. Thanks for creating an interesting mill decklist, I'll get around to trying it out at some point (so many choices at the moment). I noticed you've dropped All Quiet On The Front in this version, any particular reason? Was it just the loss of shields for damage protection or after effects of taking damage from the loss of shields? Cheers.

Yeah it wasn’t effective at milling. I tried it as a 1-of but could never find a good time to use it in any game. Sucks too because it is a potentially good card but only against another mill deck it seems. Can’t use it against aggro.

@Rebel Grey I played it against my wife, and she did not find it fun lol, but against the Vader deck I built her, vibroknife was brutal. How's the testing been going overall?

I had a longer explanation about my changes but my phone apparently decided I wasn't logged in when i submitted:(

I'll explain If someone asks.

-1 Launch Bay -1 C-3PO -2 Pickpocket -1 Planned Explosion +2 Rend +1 Con Artist +1 Lone Operative +1 U-Wing

Didn't beat a mill Thrawnkar deck twice. Lost 3 times to Sabine/ePoe. So I made these changes to test:)

I’ve had a lot of difficulty keeping up with vehicles from Hera or villain vehicle decks. It’s easy to get overwhelmed. I was actually considering running a dodge or two instead of emergency evac and another retreat. I’m probably going to work on something else for a bit but I still believe it’s a tier 2.5-2 contender with some more help.

@RSanchez@TheChanceCube ok I'm asking :)

RSanchez@TheChanceCube 64

@Spartanlife74 well here is why I changed things:

U-Wing helps with shield generation. Launch Bay is nice but U-Wing has more potential. Rend helps deal with pesky Running Interference, Imperial Inspection, and other 0 cost supports and upgrades. Lone Operative will help late game when one of your characters is defeated and it has one side. Con Artist will help with milling naturally but I mainly have it for . Two sides of that should be helpful with putting Thrawnkar decks at bay.

I'm thinking of Cunning as well since it would be nice to Crime Lord your opponent for a change:)

Hope that answers some questions.

@Rebel Grey @RSanchez@TheChanceCube the changes make sense and I agree this has potential. Taking both your thoughts into consideration, what about finding room for EMP Grenades ? Helps with vehicles and gives the disrupt and discard also. Since there is some damage in the deck, maybe make some having some more damage potential could be useful? Perhaps A280 Blaster Rifle and or Ascension Gun? Not taking Command Center - Lothal anyway so at least here's opportunity to continue milling with it and adding some more damage and discard. Just some thoughts
