Palpatine's dice are obviously the best in the game, and it becomes clear that to give up one die you and add an activation (thus slowing down your build) you have to be gaining something rather big. Enter Ciena Ree - Adept Pilot
An extra 9 points of health goes along way to survivability and every one of her die facings that isn't a blank can be helpful to keeping the local systems in line. Her biggest strength is the enabling of Leadership which can almost guarantee at least 2 damage and utter destruction when used on a fully armed and operational Palpatine - Galactic Emperor. But even more fun is using the Sith Holocron to upgrade Ciena with force abilities that can make her a costly distraction for any rebel wishing to ignore her potential.
