Definitely don't need Training. In a deck that is low on resources, spending 2 that will be gone the next round hurts more than it helps. Can easily be replaced with Battle Fatigue and/or Crackdown. Crash Landing is also a great card to spread out the damage until you can get Aftermath and Attrition down. Another good support is Lookout Post for some serious damage. A splash card to look into is Battle Formation, to surprise for a lot of damage.
