Get money, play heavy hitting cards. Pretty straight forward end result, with a unique way of getting their.
Satine already has two resource sides, and on Deathwatch, so does Cody. (Outerrim Outpost is stronger for getting supports out, but Deathwatch can wreck mill.)
I wanted to pair Cody and the LAAT, since I think he has the best die for it (especially if on a helpful battlefield), but eCody+Armored Reinforcements doesn't leave a lot of great options. eSatine is scary once something good is out since she can often focus it to its best side, and the LAAT remains useful with the generic Clone should Cody drop.
Obviously not a ton of removal, but this deck should be trying to play a lot of cards each turn, and then make use of the battlefield to simply cycle strong mitigation cards at the end.
I don't think this is close to S-tier, especially since it relies a lot on good draws early on, but it does have a decent enough blend of dice, HP, and tricks.
...Also, drop First Aid for Riot Shield. Don't know what I was thinking Hideout cycling a riot shield (or two!) could be just plain nasty.
