Round 1: Mull for some zero-cost mitigation since Allies of Necessity takes both starting resources. Try to score some cash off character dice, slow the opponent's plan, and claim early.
From there on out, play an upgrade turn one and wait for the opponent to get some dice in their pool. Once there's a mitigation target, all four droids activate during the same turn, ending with the Sentinel Messenger, who plays a card off the top. Almost every card is good off the top of the deck as long as there is an opponent's die that needs to be removed. This speedy activation also makes claiming easy.
Both Seize the Day and Tactical Mastery are great pulls with Sentinel Messenger, but playing them before the activation chain allows for good chunks of damage without the opponent interfering, especially if Emulate or Roger, Roger get pulled by Sentinel.
I've always liked playing four-wide non-unique decks, and Allies of Necessity opens up a ton of possibilities. Feel free to share more if you know of any good ones.

Why only non-unique? You could use General Grievous - Droid Armies Commander in place of one of the Commando Droids and not have to worry about the plot.
