He might be a red character for he is an army general, nothing would stop him to be one of the best mercenary scum in the galaxy.

Here is a deck trying to use at it's max potential grievous' heavy damage dice. Why Jango and not a blue character? Because blue is slow and builds up it's strategy through time. Grievous will always be taken down first because, well check his dice! That's why after looking at a dooku/grievous, yellow is much more efficient to take advantage, and speed up the action before grievous is out.

The upgrades :

Here is where you can find Grievous' arsenal : Flame Thrower and Gaffi Stick. Remember, it's passive is not that far away, so keep in mind he'll steal a Lightsaber or else at one moment. Promotion is first, because he's a general, and secondly because I noticed in another deck (catfishin'!) that quick upgrades are so efficient for dice manipulation, extra actions, and upgrade trades for late game upgrades, that this one couldn't be avoided... Also drawing might not be that good in this game, but geese an extra card on an upgrade, sure!

The rest is for Jango. And that's where the twist, he might not be the one that deals damage, he'll try to be his best to take damage instead of grievous. Personal Escort, Jetpack and Comlink are for him. BUT the fact that jetpack hits hard, and jango as still 3 damage side on its die, he'll do his work...

Supports n events:

dirty,, that's the way you play villain scums For this, grievous takes all he can to murder his opponents... Yellow events are the key to deal extra damage to finish quickly and dirty. The only red events are Probe, which you know all are busted, for they take down in late game all possibilities of dice manipulation.

All in all, I think this deck can be as quickly threatening as usual aggro decks, and might confuse your opponent on who to kill first...

PS : The field is meant to be as inefficient as possible for the opponent and as useful as possible for grievous : Flame Thrower, Gaffi Stick, Thermal Detonator and grievous himself have ressource condition side dice, I thought trying out other balltefields than the usual ones... PPS : haven't tried it yet, but after looking at what already exists, this kind of version had to be spotted. PPPS : I have ideas of cards to test even before, like Logistics, tTactical Mastery or All In...
