Pretty simple deck concept. Try and survive long enough to mill out your opponent. Your game plan should look something like this:

Try to get Jedi Robes and your Datapads in your hand turn one to get some decent resource generation and shields up early, this will help to get out as many cards as you need later in the game and always resolve Padme special at 2 cards.

With Rey you actually have decent action economy, something rare to other Padme decks, so your goal should be to keep her alive while she gets a ton of dice on the field. You want to get off a large Patience as early as you can. These quick mill plays facilitated by Rey passive will let you claim early to prevent your opponent from pulling any claim shenanigans and be able to Dug in when you need to.

Jedi Council fills the same support role that backup muscle fills in yellow villain decks. It's a pace controller so you don't have to just pass when you need to and get some okay mill.

Rebel Trooper and your other dice control are the real linchpin to this deck and why you need to watch out for high action economy decks like Jango, Bala, and Rey. disrupting a combo with Guardian, Electroshock, and Negotiate are the only way you'll survive.

The battlefield is the place where I've done the most amount of fiddling with this deck. Personally I have found success with Emperor's Throne Room, Echo Base, and Command Center, and I can even justify Jedi Temple. I have throne room right now to speed up the early game hitting Padme special or Cunning Special and then in late game using it to hit Scout specials to whittle down those last couple cards when it's down to just their hand.

Can you speak on why Play the Odds is in this deck? there are literally 4 yellow dice you can reroll. Also, Play the Odds, on the turn you play it, slows you down by 2 actions. Also, what do you think about Commlink for added delay to their dice, focus and resource? Otherwise, this deck mills quite fast.

@zakgleeI agree that play the odds is one of the weakest cards in this deck. It seems hit or miss, especially against aggro decks, but against control decks I really like to not just be screwed if Cunning's or Padme's dice get Choked, Forced, or Immobilized. Mainly it's my personal preference for having a safety net but I could easily see it being swapped out for a more optimal card. Also, thanks for the Comlink suggestion, I'll most likely put 2 in (probably gonna replace Play the Odds and Return of the Jedi).
