No one in their right mind is going to chose the Rebel War Room - Yavin IV and nor should you. This is going to give you 2 's before you even start playing which is better than giving then to your opponent.
You need Underworld Connections or 2 if you are lucky in your opening hand and on the table first so that you get resources rolling in so Mull everything to get them in your hand and play them first. What is great about it you can play it then exhaust it and get a so it only really counts a 1 in my book. If you aren't lucky enough having Logistics will help you get those resources when you need them.
Next you should get on the table is Backup Muscle which will start the damage on your opponent. Guaranteed 3 unblockable damage on each is worth the low resource cost.
Another great early card to get down is Hunker Down which provides some easy 's for your troops. My focus is on the First Order Stormtrooper as the Tusken Raider is just to give you access to the yellow cards only. I don't like discarding cards for any reason so his ability doesn't appeal to me either.
When I can I get Hunker Down, Underworld Connections and Backup Muscle early game it is great to stall so your opponent can't manipulate your dice. This is highly likely on 1-2 character opponent decks.
Improvisation is another great card I have had a lot of success since putting it my deck as it helps counter those bad rounds because First Order Stormtrooper can't hit anything. If you don't get this on the field you don't need to fear as Battle Formation can help and if your opponent decides to ace his roll you can Sweep the Area of his good dice.
Cheap cost upgrades like DH-17 Blaster Pistol, F-11D Rifle, and Holdout Blaster easy in to play and with redeploy it means they never leave the battlefield.
Whats better than a single dice First Order Stormtrooper? An Elite (2 dice) First Order Stormtrooper and the best way to do this is with Training.
With all this resource generation and low cost upgrades Endless Ranks will come into play at least once or even twice in more games than I have expected it too.
I don't like to waste my cards just to re-roll a dice but with Cheat in my hand I am happy to sacrifice a card to bring back some cards from a dead trooper such as Hunker Down, Training or even the DH-17 Blaster Pistol. Maybe call back your Backup Muscle however the most enjoyable time is to bring back the dead with Endless Ranks.
I have Imperial Discipline in my deck but this hasn't seen much play yet but it is early stages yet and Undying Loyalty may be in the same boat that they will be the cards I sacrifice to trial other cards in my deck.
Its a cheap deck but so far it has stood up well against a Palpatine - Galactic Emperor, Jango Fett - Lethal Mercenary/Kylo Ren - Vader's Disciple and a Padawan/Rey - Force Prodigy/Padme Amidala - Queen of Naboo decks. Will need to test on a wider audience.
