I built this deck trying to find a good home for Anarchy. Blackmail and Personal Shield are in there primarily for that reason. The battlefield will help make use of any orphaned modified damage, or Unkar Plutt - Junk Dealer's +2 . There are plenty of shenanigans to be had, combining Cad Bane - Vicious Mercenary's special action with ambush weapons (or any weapon once you have Infamous out), fast hands, etc. Playing Anarchy as an ambush action on a newly played/rolled-in die would be particularly fun.
