Trying to bring back Vader Raider because I do not get out to a lot of tournaments. What would I need to change to make it work in today's 'meta'?
I dropped swiftness and two mind probes for a Force Push and 2x Friends in Low Places. I went 3-2 in a 24-person regional, taking 12th overall.
There were definitely some stronger plays that I missed, so I still believe this deck has potential. If I were to play it again, I would probably drop a sound the alarm for a second Rise Again and drop one force throw for a Mind Probe or another Force Push. There were a few situations where having force throw did not help me because of the opponent having a load of specials or just action cheating in damage (Sabine).
Overall, it was a fun deck! Vader definitely gets his damage in between Bait and Switch and Force Strike.
