I don't think putting Second Chance in this deck is that useful since you only have one yellow character. You might want to consider swapping it with a Maz's Goggles and/or a additionnal Diplomatic Immunity. Scrap Heap is also a option to consider adding since it would help you get additionnal ressources every round.
