Aurra Sing has some inherently strong sides, paired with Bib and some good rolls she has potential to deal 12 damage with Bib Specials and discard to make her strong.

Non competitive but certainly fun if the dice fall in your favour.

Why the emperor's throne room? it doesn't do you any good at all. If you use it on bib fortuna you will roll a dice of aura sing but since you claimed you won't have the right to resolve it. The only case for it to be usefull is if you do it on cunning and your opponent has a card with a special.
