Love the characters! I'd be nervous about the two plus sides on Hidden Blaster and maybe replace it with something that will deal damage more consistently, like Stun Baton. Diplomatic Immunity is great but expensive - a Diplomatic Protection and a Second Chance might provide more protection, or one or two Into The Garbage Chute instead to make the deck less upgrade-heavy and protect against all-out aggro decks.

I like Comlink here for resource generation, which the deck needs to play Bowcaster or BD-1 Cutter Vibro-AX or Diplomatic Immunity or Lone Operative. Without it you just have Bartering for resources. But what role does Cheat have here, is it for chasing a particular card, like Bowcaster? If not, you could add resource generation by replacing it with Well-Connected. Then swapping out Comlink for Into The Garbage Chute seems safer. I like the extra Lone Operative for Diplomatic Immunity though, regardless of any other changes.
