I Went 4-1 with this in a local shop tourney. This deck has a lot of ambush and some other tricks. Main play is the Quick Draw into ambush weapon -> roll in and resolve and one copy of Running Interference as a backup plan with a similar result. Poe is the main hitter here because of Hit and Run which gives even more chance to roll in and resolve before any mitigation but Han can hold his own if Poe is taken down first. Both charactes have die fixing/mitigation abilities that work both on your own dice and on opponents. Since this deck is quite fast and usually able to play Maz´s vault for constant resource bump, Hyperspace Jump is a great play when you have resolved most of your dice and opponent has still lot to do in the round.

Tourney rounds

Round 1 - eYoda / Jedha Partisan / Jedha Partisan

This deck took me by a surprise, I though Riiekan was the king of the Hero mill decks, but this deck was just as good if not better. I won the battlefield roll and did not want to allow Imperial Palace - Coruscant abuse and took mine - I guess that was the first mistake (+2 shields on Yoda). Seeing shields on Yoda I went after one of the Jedhas first which probably was a second mistake. Han also rolled mostly something else than damage so my damage output was not fast enough. Gained some momentum midgame but it was a bit too late by then. Lost with no cards left in my hand or deck and opponent had only Yoda alive with 2 health left and 2 shields. 0-1

Round 2 - eBoba / Greedo / FOST

Killed Boba really quickly - I think in the end of second round, but Poe was also near death by then, soon Greedo died and also Poe. By then it was Han with just a Holdout Blaster against Stormtrooper with a F-11D and couple of supports - BB-9E and Slave-I (Legacies), so even though I had a great start it was quite close game in the end but I still won with Han having 3 health left 1-1

Round 3 - Jango / Rebel Traitor / Rebel Traitor

Jango + Rebel Traitor combo is annoying but still I finished this matchup with both characters alive, I think Poe was near death in the end and Han had just 2-3 damage on him. 2-1

Round 4 eKallus / Maul

I was able to do some quick damage from the start of the game and killed Kallus in second or third round and by then Poe was hanging on just one health - but thanks to some mitigation and other tricks I was able to keep him alive and hitting until the end of the game. Han was unharmed. 3-1

Round 4 eThrawn / Unkar

I could not get as nice setup as I hoped for in the early game due to the constant hand disruption from opponents team. But I didn´t make it easy for my opponent either, Easy Pickings for Thrawn´s double 2 result was a great moment to remember. I killed Unkar first and then it took some time to down Thrawn. Won with empty deck and 4 cards in my hand. 4-1

Possible changes

Against mill decks it struggles somewhat if some combo pieces are taken away from you - so a battlefield change to Starship Graveyard - Jakku would be good, maybe even Rebel would fit here for that reason. Also replacing Overkill with another Hidden Blaster is one consideration.

Here is the decklist for the mill you lost against: swdestinydb.com I would consider a Canto Bight pistol for more special chaining with Poe.

Yeah, I know this player well, thanks. About Canto - yeah I might consider it although the lack of ambush and higher cost speak against it.
