ive kinda had a hard on for the Doctor Aphra Character since i read her comics. so this is my take on her character in the game
Tarkin, is just fun, he has options, options and more options as i play the deck, this is the wierdest deck ive ever played in any card game, but it works for me. not a high win ratio but the look on your opponents face when you get initiative almost every time with 4 dice is classic, then the look on thier faces when you drop their deck like a stone. also classic.
my strategy originally was to splash damage, while forcing discards, while doing that, you get your conartists and droids into position, while they are trying to figure out what direction you are going for, you dump their deck into their lap and watch them cry. its not always successful, but my god is it fun to play. i decided to bring the droid commandos back mostly to help get the loose ends to work better, also damage.......
the primary focus, is discarding and milling, secondary is damage. there have been times when the discarding or milling just didnt surface despite the huge focus for it, then i fall back on tarkins power attack . there were a couple games where i did 8 indirect between tarkin and aphra. i just kept rolling those landmines...
anyways thoughts. gripes, ideas, have i posted it to many times lol
