My take on hero vehicles that has excellent resource generation, provided you play your first couple turns well.
Top 8 and Top 4 at my most recent Store Champs
Mulligan Hard for Tech Team/Rally Aid , Aftermath, and a 2-Cost Vehicle. The cheaper the cards in your opening hand, the better. Ideally you want to start Turn 2 with 4-5 resources and your ramp cards down.
You'll need to plan your early turns to play your last card from your hand to get your money back from the Smugglers. Plenty of Yellows to spot for removal. Don't be afraid to play removal early.
Use Scruffy to take key upgrades or to take removal when your opponent starts waiting for you to roll in supports
Use Vandalize for Force Illusion/Ancient/ RI, etc.
Drop Second Chance on one of your last 2 yellows, usually can buy you the turn you need to get the final kill
