Mini 'Tournament Report' here:

Final Record: 3-1

Round 1: vs. eZeb/Hired Gun/Calling in Favors (W) Ramped hard with Chance Cube on Jabba to field two Command Shuttles by turn 2. Using good use of mitigation and a bit of luck to stop the heavy damage being pushed my way with 3+2. Opponent claimed, Meditated into Focus, turned to specials and hit for 13. Next turn, clean up Zeb after a FREE! Hyperspace jump (with streetwise)... GG.

Round 2: vs. Clone Trooper/eRex/Maz (W) I played it slow, trying to stay alive as best I could, I ramped up to 1x Command Shuttle, 1x Kylo's Fighter, and 1x Darth's Tie Advanced (I slotted one in before the games for fun.) Made good use of shields and mitigation to stay alive until my opponent claimed. Once again, turned to specials, rerolled once into 19!! damage in one turn to finish out the match. Darth's Tie Special hitting Rex for 7. (It's actually a fantastic card in this deck. Revised List coming soon.) GG.

Round 3: vs. ePryce/eBane (L) Damage being pushed my way was brutal, Jabba died very quickly and the damage fell off. I was able to use Kylo and a few ships to take out Pryce but not before he had taken a few large hits. Left with 4 health, my opponent activated Bane with Ambush and finished me off before I had a chance to squeeze out 6 damage. Close game, but my opponent played it right. Even without Jabba, I was still almost able to squeeze a win out. Meditate and Specials are scary no matter the situation. GG.

Round 4: vs Boss Nass/Gungan/Gungan/eJarJar (W) I got hit for 8 indirect in the first turn, and started to sweat. But in the meantime I was able to ramp up myself, and add some upgrades. Force Jump ended up being crucial to this victory, with the Gungan Catapult in play. By turn 2 I had hit the 3 with the Chance Cube twice and was able to play a Command Shuttle and Kylo's Starfighter. I threw a 4 Indirect Back at him with Anger, and then slow played making sure to chip away at his Gungans until just JarJar and Nass were left. I wasn't able to combo any big specials together as I was pressed to stay alive, but chipped him away instead with the Ranged Sides and Kylo's Melee Sides. Finished the game out by Meditating into Darth's Tie Advanced Special and hit Nass for 6. Had two health left at the end, but barely came out on top. GG.

To summarize the above: This deck performed better than I could have hoped for. It's actually very fast, and very focused on damage despite not looking like it would be. I have a new respect for Jabba's Special, and I've been an advocate for Awakenings Kylo since he's come out. I always love slotting him into a team, and his special did work in this deck. Even using Command Shuttle on him when you know you've got a chance to hit a 3 cost upgrade in their hand feels good.

I have since updated the deck, and will revise it shortly. A few notable cards were Darth's Tie Advanced, Force Lightning, Friend's in Low, and Well Connected. (The last two being great with Kylo1)

If you play with it, I hope you have a blast like I did. Blue Villain Vehicles isn't something you see often, and it was pretty hilarious having all 3 of them down on the table. And just remember, if you're ever not doing too hot. Just look at Jabba's big smile. He's just happy he's seeing play.
