Mill deck focused on card hate and resource choking with an end-game Buyout.
Law and Order, Vandalize, EMP Grenade, Overload, and Flames of the Past to remove key upgrades and supports. Normal control events to mitigate other damage.
Cost of events and upgrades means not going for a huge buyout, just using it to hit the deck at the end of the game, and deal with pesky Ancient Lightsabers.
Opponent cannot use the battlefield's Claim effect to get a resource without also drawing a card, exposing it to being discarded.
