Here's a fun original one to play!
use Built to Last, It Binds All Things, and Rearm, to get ramp into weapons as soon as possible and deal damage with luke, until he dies then redeploy everything to rex and hit and run one more time to finish out opponent. Battle ground is just to speed up the deck a bit with ambushes and for most decks hopefully not give opponent to much help when they do claim.
Deck makes no use of lukes ability, sadly and mitigation / upgrades could be tinkered with a bit for preference / local meta. Let me know your thoughts.
