My friends and I built this deck day 1 and spent the past 3 days refining it as soon as we saw that it was possible with Leia to put in Buy Out , Déjà Vu , and Long Con into the same deck. With this, I have never gotten below 8 money before turn 2. Déjà Vu allows you to pay 6, mill 8 with Strength Through Weakness, and it allows you to play Long Cong for free, twice getting 6 resources for free, and it allows you to play Renewed Purpose in order to refresh your hand. The main goal is to mill with Buy Out and Strength Through Weakness. You have 5 cards that allow you to get events from the discard pile, and even if you run out, you can play your last Cheat or Rebel twice, once to return Rebel to your hand and once to get an extra desired card from your discard pile. Depending on the situation you can get Second Chance, or In The Crosshairs to survive longer.

With this deck, I have been able to get 20 money by turn two. And you can consitently either stock up at least 15 money by turn two for a future buyout or just ideally play Strength Through Weakness 4 times.

So basically I'm Money.... No but actually this deck requires an IQ of over 900,000,000.

UPDATE: change Friends in Low Places to Scruffy Looking Nerf-Herder

Then "fair trade" comes along and destroyes this combo deck. :)

Yes because we all know how much fair trade is used. ;)

It does better against fair trade than normal buyout because buyout isn't your main win condition, it's the ability to play strength through weakness easily at least 3 times before round 2.

This is insane! I thought of making a Buy Out deck with the new Leia, but didn't see the big picture. This looks horrifying.

Have you play tested successfully yet?

I spent the whole weekend playtesting it and it tends to win round 3 (or 4 with Hyperspace Jump). But even then, by round 2 it tends to get ride of their entire deck and its just cards in the hand you have to worry about. Remember its not necesarily a Buy Out deck, because playing Strength Through Weakness 3 or 4 times is a more effective use of your money, and I would rather do that than Buy Out if I can. I've pulled off the combo successfully against villain blue, clones, droids, and surprisingly with this deck I've had a 50% win record with villain mill too, even though it's a combo deck. The most devastating thing villain mill can do is use Déjà Vu on Probe at the start of a round. I forsee Launch Bay decks being a little bit of a problem because they're gonna be drawing so many cards before you can get rid of their deck and is this deck's weakness.

The only cards that might be inoptimal would be Krayt Dragon Howl, Second Chance, or In The Crosshairs. Maybe Determination too. These cards don't seem like they're bad for this deck but I just find myself not playing them a lot. But I'm gonna need to test some more before I can say for sure. I might get rid of one of those for an extra coy of another one of them or for an extra copy of another one, but I think this is it for the most part.

If I get around to it, tomorrow, I'm gonna post a deck that is based off of this combo that might be even more insane, but don't hold me to that.
