I’m interested in your thoughts on Force Throw and Rougish Charm |
Force throw: you can only run so many blue character only cards in the deck. I chose to run force wave as it provides a ton of damage for potential mill matchups. Roguish charm: while it felt decent in testing, I ultimately went with other options as not all matchups are good for chewie special, and in those matchups I needed extra damage not control. Overall, Chewie often doesn't need to remove the dice he's flipped, as you are either turning to high value indirect sides, and with a 12 hp second chance Target indirect is relatively week, or to high value pay sides your opponents can't afford, or often both. In these cases, getting to use a 16 point die to deal 4-6 damage is already enough value to make you win a match. You need other upgrades for the matchups without Chewie targets. |
Surprised to not see Force Throw in this list to special chain with Chewbaccas special.
