Hondo is back! With fickle mercenaries our opponent can pay us to prevent damage or pay for the fickle mercenaries but not both.

The event list is still in need of tweaking but this will have some of the best removal available.

I had this same thought. You gave me a great starting point, I have a lot of ideas and hope it plays well. Good luck tweaking!
