I don’t think that is allowed. Padmé Amidala - Resolute Senator says that you can resolve your dice showing as if it was . Intense Fire fire says that you can resolve your dice SHOWING damage increasing its value by one or by two if you more red cards in play than your opponent. |

It's allowed. It's similar to if you used Pulverize and you're playing with Captain Phasma - Stormtrooper Commander and Advanced Training and showing a blank. Even though it's showing a blank, it resolves as +2 indirect with pulverize. You can say for this action, Padme's dice are indirect damage, then use the intense fire to increase it by 2. |
