I was just thinking about how I used to have a General Grievous - Fearsome Cyborg deck, but it’s kinda meh and not reliably good. Then I realized old boy General Grievous - Fearsome Cyborg had gotten a point reduction! And at 18 points to elite, who better to pair with him than Mother Talzin - Nightsister Matriarch, the queen of consistency? The deck is basically the same as every other Talzin deck. mostly odd cost cards with a few exceptions, in this case two Chance Cubes, two Logistics, and two Bacta Therapy because General Grievous - Fearsome Cyborg can have 4 upgrades on him and healing four points of damage is no joke. And then you also play it like a standard General Grievous - Fearsome Cyborg deck too with lots of 1 cost upgrades with a Maul's Lightsaber in there for some extra umph. Mother Talzin - Nightsister Matriarch being able to fix one of General Grievous - Fearsome Cyborg’s dice to the 3 melee side reliably approx. 80% of the time (those odds are even better if you mulligan for those Chance Cubes and Logistics) is pretty nice. And if you do manage to survive long enough to proc that power action, you’re in business. Like most of my decks I build, this one is definitely not the most competitive, but I just like throwing good characters together with a fun idea and playing it out. I’m not in the game to sweat all the time and only use the same handful of cards that everyone else uses constantly because that gets boring really fast for me.
