The main idea of this deck is to get three upgrades (in this case I would do 2 Vibrocutlass and a Gang Up) in your starting hand along with a Pilfered Goods and a Hidden Agenda. The idea is you go for a resource roll, then play your Hidden Agenda once you get the resource, and after that use the action on Hidden Agenda to play Pilfered Goods I would put Vibrocutlasses on the Traitors and Gang Up on Aphra.
