The focus of this deck is obvious, get Crime Lord as quickly as possible and wipe out your opponents characters. If it looks like you can not win with then switch tactics to milling your opponent.
I played a game with this deck where I got crime lord out and killed a character, the whole time milling as well. Near the end I realized I was not going to win with crime lord so I switched to just milling and came very close to winning.
I will be testing this deck out some more but any suggestions would be appreciated.
